Our project at Dene Lane with Durrant Construction is making very good progress. The windows are due to arrived on site next week, this will enable the external and internal works to proceed towards an end of year completion. The external wall finishes will be a considered combination of timber cladding and render with anthracite grey windows. Although, works are in progress, the transformation from the original property to the enlarged dwelling, which is a 100% increase on the original floor area, is really taking pace. On completion, the house will be a striking new modern family home fit for future lifestyles.
