We are pleased to report good progress is being made on-site in Farnborough with the contractor Marshall and Mace. The project will include the demolition of the existing conservatory to be replaced with a rear extension to incorporate an enlarged kitchen and dining area.

The works have already seen the conservatory removed and the foundations completed. The installation of the beam and block floor is in progress. The finished works will include a vaulted ceiling with a glazed gable and wrap-around glazing to maximise views of the gardens. Work is due to be completed in early 2022. The Structural Engineer for the project is Rachel McCarthy.
