After close collaboration with Waverely Borough Council we are delighted to have secured planning approval in Cranleigh for a rear extension and remodelling works. The scheme will provide much needed usable space and improve the layout of the 1960's built property. The thermal efficiency pf the house will be enhanced with the installation of an air source heat pump and the removal of an inefficient conservatory. Overall, the changes will ensure the house is able to meet current lifestyle trends and add enjoyment to our clients home life. We are looking forward to this project being one of our first on-site starts in 2023.
