We are delighted to have secured planning approval on a Grade II listed thatched cottage in Old Basing. The approval includes the conversion of an attached outbuilding to a family room and a two-storey rear extension with an additional bedroom. The proposal will provide much needed space for a young whilst ensuring the additions are respectful of the property's historical importance. To ensure the application was successful we provided a detailed Heritage Statement explain the design and how it would fulfil the council's heritage policies.
