We are very pleased to have secured planning approval from Guildford Borough Council for a single storey front extension and replacement roof in the Surrey Green Belt. The scheme also includes an improved access to the front entrance. Our client contacted us after an original application was refused, as it was contrary to planning policy. Our approved scheme addressed these issues with a sensitive redesign that has not required a compromise on the additional floorspace and roof volume. Works on site are now scheduled to start in early 2025.
