After close collaboration with East Hampshire Planning, we are pleased to post that we have secured planning approval in Four Marks for a connected annexe and ground floor extension project. The annexe will replace a single storey detached garage, and the ground floor extension will create a connected open-plan kitchen/family area. We are looking forward to this stunning project starting on site. The annexe and extension will enjoy beautiful views of the garden and surrounding countryside.
