The transformation of a tired and under-loved 1970s bungalow to a contemporary two storey home was the story behind this project.

Separate and underused rooms were incorporated into an aspirational new extension, and connected layout, to create our client’s dream home. A new family and kitchen area space has become the hub of the home whilst providing a link to the garden and outdoor living in the warmer months. The works also include a new hall with feature stairs and three additional bedrooms and bathrooms that form an additional storey. Works were undertaken by Portsmere Construction.
