A new open plan family space, kitchen, utility and WC have been created from the original house, along with a new side/rear extension. The space has been laid out to maximise the garden views, with the service core situated between the front room and the family space/kitchen. Within the kitchen and family space area, a high-level window and roof lights combine to create an open and airy space that is perfect for relaxing and family life.
