The design sought to create an addition to the house which was both unique, and sympathetic, to the cottage’s character. A vaulted ceiling, with roof lights, creates a sense of space and volume that adds to the enjoyment of this period property.

The project included a first-floor front extension and a glazed rear extension. The glazed rear extension maximises the wonderful views from the house and provides a perfect contrast with the solidity of the main house.
